Springhead speed proposals
In response to residents' demands for improved road safety, and in particular the need for 20mph limits on Cooper Street, Oldham's Highways department has put together proposals to standardise speeds across the area between Cooper Street and Stamford Road to make it a consistent 20mph on all the residential streets.
